KPME Functional Council Role

The KPME Functional Council is a group of administrators appointed by participating institutions responsible for the scope, communication, budget and the results of the project. This group represents the primary functional subject matter experts (SME) for the project and provides overall project guidance on priorities and decision on KPME functionality.

The KPME Functional Council Chair is the primary functional contact for the project. The Functional Council Chair works with the project manager to ensure that the functional requirements of the project are met. The KPME Functional Council Chair is the principal contact between the Board and the functional committees and facilitates the work of the committees to complete project components. The KPME Functional Council Chair coordinates functional council conferences, meetings and proceedings.
