Take the #15 bus from downtown to Montgomery Park by the hotel to get to Fat Tire Farm and close to the lower entrance to the park.
  • Portland is famous for our Food Carts, many of them gourmet. The main downtown location is near the hotel. See this guide to Portland Food Carts and there's an iPhone app too.
  • Waterfront Park down by the Willamette river is just a few blocks from the hotel.
  • See why Portland is called the "City of Roses" at the enormous Rose Garden. It's incredibly beautiful and the oldest official, continuously operated public rose test garden in the United States.
  • Around on Saturday/Sunday? There's the Portland Saturday Market downtown.
  • 24-Hour Church of Elvis for a touch of Portland's quirky side
  • Looking for tourists, bacon maple doughnuts, and cereal on a doughnut - check out Voodoo Doughnuts. The downtown location (22 SW 3rd Ave) is within walking distance of the hotel.
