Overview
Timeline:Milestones every 4-5 weeks or so. Technical Analysis indicated more of a 9 month release. Due to KS needs and ARC Approval, the scope of Original scope for 2.3 was has been split into 3 minor releases: Rice 2.3 and , Rice 2.4, and Rice 2.5.
Split: ~ 70% new features/30% maintenance
